Halloween Night Has Arrived in Springfield
Monopoly The Simpsons Halloween Board Game – This time, Springfield looks very different after dark. A huge full moon hangs over the neighborhood while bats cross the purple sky. Pumpkins glow along the streets, bare trees frame the houses, and familiar characters appear in Halloween costumes. Homer takes on a vampire-inspired look, Marge appears in a witch costume, Bart wears a skeleton outfit, and Lisa joins the celebration with a pumpkin-themed costume.
The result isn’t especially frightening—and that’s part of its charm. The board leans into the humorous, cartoonish side of Halloween rather than traditional horror.
It’s spooky Springfield with a grin.

Familiar Places, Strange Night
Look beyond the center artwork and the board becomes a tour through recognizable Springfield-inspired locations.
Spaces shown around the game include Lard Lad Donuts, Kwik-E-Mart, Springfield Arcade, Moe’s Tavern, Springfield Elementary, Cletus’ Farm, Springfield DMV, Bart’s Skate Park, Krustyland, Springfield Grocery Store, Aztec Theatre, Springfield Mall, Channel 6 Studios, Comic Book Guy’s Shop, and more.
Those everyday locations sit beside Halloween graphics and unusual spaces such as Snake Jail, creating a funny contrast between the familiar town and its seasonal transformation.
Even Lard Lad gets pulled into the theme. A large pumpkin display shown beside the board features the donut-shop character emerging from a carved jack-o’-lantern while holding the recognizable oversized donut sign.
The Smaller Pieces Carry the Halloween Theme Too
The seasonal artwork doesn’t stop at the board.
One pictured card deck becomes “BOO! Cards” with a friendly ghost illustration. Another Halloween Event card uses a glowing jack-o’-lantern, while the Community Chest deck receives its own night-sky styling.
Orange and purple houses coordinate naturally with the Halloween palette, and the dice repeat those same colors.
Along the bottom of the presentation are several display-style character pieces featuring costumed Springfield family members, a ghost figure, a retro television, and a Lard Lad donut piece. A black cat, gravestone, pumpkin, and spooky version of Moe’s also appear around the promotional setup.
Together, these details make the product feel less like a standard board with Halloween artwork added on top and more like an entire themed tabletop scene.
Why This Edition Works as a Seasonal Game-Night Piece
Most Halloween decorations are meant to sit on a shelf, hang from a wall, or disappear back into storage once October ends.
A board game has another job.
Set this one out during a Halloween party, family game night, or Simpsons-themed gathering and the decoration becomes part of the activity. The purple skies, orange pumpkins, costume artwork, and Springfield references create the seasonal atmosphere before anyone even rolls the dice.
For collectors, the large illustrated box and colorful board also give the set plenty of visual character when displayed between games.

What Is Shown in the Product Artwork
The promotional image depicts a Halloween-themed Monopoly board, Monopoly-style money, multiple card decks, dice, orange and purple houses, and several themed character/display pieces.
Because an exact final component inventory has not been separately supplied, the individual figures and decorative props visible in the promotional scene should not be treated as a guaranteed list of included pieces. Please refer to the available product options for the final set configuration.
Springfield Was Never Going to Have a Normal Halloween
That’s ultimately the fun of the Monopoly The Simpsons Halloween Board Game.
It combines three recognizable ideas—Monopoly-style gameplay, the strange little world of Springfield, and Halloween night—without losing the playful personality of any of them.
Pumpkins replace the ordinary scenery. Costumes replace everyday outfits. Familiar locations suddenly sit under moonlight and bats.
For Simpsons fans who already collect figures, shirts, posters, or seasonal decorations, this board offers something a little different: a Halloween collectible that can come out every October and take over the game table.
