I Started Counting Characters and Immediately Lost Track of Who I’d Open First
This is the problem with a Naruto Advent Calendar.
You think you already know which character you’re waiting for.
Then you see another shelf.
And another.
The Naruto 24 Days of Shinobi Surprises 2026 Advent Calendar doesn’t build its appeal around one large centerpiece. The fun comes from seeing an entire group of recognizable Naruto characters turned into small display figures, each with a different pose, outfit or signature detail.
The pictured collection contains 24 figures, so December becomes less about finding one favorite and more about slowly assembling your own little shinobi lineup.

24 Figures, but They Don’t Feel Like Repeats
That’s what caught my attention first.
There are several versions of familiar characters, but the designs change enough that the collection doesn’t simply look like the same figure recolored 24 times.
Naruto appears in different outfits and forms, including his familiar orange look and a dramatic glowing transformation-inspired version.
Elsewhere, Sasuke-inspired figures bring blue and darker outfits with energy-effect details, while Sakura adds her recognizable pink-haired look.
The collection continues into characters and designs associated with Kakashi, Itachi, Gaara, Shikamaru, Rock Lee, Hinata, Minato, Jiraiya, Orochimaru, Neji, Deidara and others from across the Naruto world.
Even the Nine-Tails gets its own bright orange figure.
That variety is what makes the full display interesting.
Some of the Tiny Details Are Doing a Lot of Work
These aren’t just figures standing with their arms at their sides.
Several pictured pieces use accessories, poses and effects to give each design its own identity.
One figure holds a glowing blue energy effect. Another is surrounded by an orange aura with floating black spheres. There’s a sand-gourd detail, ninja hand signs, scrolls, a small bird, weapons and different Akatsuki-inspired cloaks throughout the collection.
Then there are the hairstyles.
Spiky yellow.
Pink.
Silver.
Long black.
Red.
Blond ponytail.
You can scan the display from one side to the other and keep finding something different.
For a collection with 24 pieces, that matters.

The Akatsuki Row Might Steal the Whole Display
I thought the bright orange and yellow characters would dominate because they immediately stand out against the darker outfits.
Then I got to the Akatsuki-inspired figures.
Those black cloaks with red cloud motifs give part of the collection a completely different mood. Mixed with the brighter Leaf Village-inspired characters and the orange Nine-Tails figure, they create a display that feels much more varied than a single-team character set.
I’d probably end up rearranging everything after opening Day 24.
Heroes on one side.
Akatsuki-inspired characters on another.
Mentors somewhere in the middle.
And the Nine-Tails sitting wherever it looks most dramatic.
The Box Looks Like Part of the Collection Too
The packaging shown in the image doesn’t hide the anime theme behind generic Christmas graphics.
It goes all in.
The front features bold Naruto artwork with a red, orange and black background, multiple illustrated characters and the Leaf Village symbol. Along the side, the box identifies the collection as containing 24 collectibles.
That gives it a very different personality from a traditional red-and-green Advent Calendar.
You could put it beside a Christmas tree, but it would still look unmistakably like Naruto merchandise rather than ordinary seasonal décor.

Day 24 Wouldn’t Really Finish This Calendar
That’s probably my favorite thing about this one.
The countdown gives you a reason to reveal the collection gradually, but the figures don’t stop being interesting once Christmas arrives.
Once all 24 shinobi surprises are out, they become a full display that can move from the Christmas setup to a desk, shelf or anime collection.
And knowing myself, the original arrangement wouldn’t last very long.
I’d keep changing it.
Naruto beside Sasuke.
Akatsuki together.
Nine-Tails in the center.
Then I’d decide that was wrong and start all over again.
For a Naruto fan, that might be half the fun of the Naruto 24 Days of Shinobi Surprises 2026 Advent Calendar.
