McDonald’s x G-Dragon Advent Calendar Christmas Countdown Box

Some crossover calendars are built around one repeated character. The McDonald’s x G-Dragon Advent Calendar goes in a much broader direction, mixing pop-star imagery with music, streetwear-inspired accessories and recognizable fast-food icons across 24 individually numbered designs.

The countdown opens with four chibi-style figures presented in different looks and hair colors. From there, the collection quickly expands beyond character pieces: a white daisy, crown-shaped design, microphone, headphones, red guitar and jeweled crown establish the music-and-performance side of the theme.

Fashion becomes another part of the story. A red sneaker, varsity-style jacket, black cap and white bucket hat appear alongside a tour-ticket design, disco ball, vinyl record and metallic GD-style emblem. These pieces give the middle of the collection the feel of miniature memorabilia gathered from music, stage and personal-style references.

When the Two Themes Meet

The final section makes the McDonald’s side much more prominent. A red boombox carries the golden-arches motif, followed by a daisy heart and miniature designs inspired by fries, a burger, drink cup and red meal box.

The recurring daisy is particularly useful in tying the collection together. It appears on several otherwise unrelated pieces—from fashion accessories to the heart design—while red, gold, black and white visually connect the music-inspired items with the fast-food imagery.

Displayed as a complete set, the 24 pieces create a colorful crossover collection rather than 24 variations of the same idea. The Christmas presentation in the image adds warm lights, red display tiers and gift-box décor, while the individual designs remain the main focus of the countdown.
